Our group exercise classes allow you to connect with other individuals facing similar life challenges and learn from each other’s experiences while participating in a regular exercise program that will help you move forward to a healthier lifestyle.

Fall Virtual Exercise Class Membership
9/8/25 to 12/19/25

  • $240 includes access to all during the program:
  • Live Zoom classes (see class schedule below).
  • Pre-recorded classes (classes like the live classes available anytime on Vimeo).
  • Live Zoom Discussions/Lectures: Dates TBD

Fall Combo Package – $395 ($95 savings)

  • Fall Exercise Class Membership + Individual Fitness Assessment.
  • Enhance your fitness program with a fitness assessment and written summary as described above, and virtual follow-up session with Anne to discuss the assessment results, your personal goals and a plan to help you maximize benefits of the virtual exercise classes to achieve your goals!

    Fitness Assessment – $250

    • An in-person individual fitness assessment, written summary, and follow up meeting to discuss assessment results and your goals.
    • A Fitness Assessment is the best way to identify your fitness level in comparison to age-group norms and to track continued fitness progress. This includes a comprehensive assessment of the key fitness components: muscle strength, power, endurance, aerobic endurance, flexibility, and balance. The written summary will include assessment results, goals and a plan for achieving those goals!
