There is a significant benefit for older adults to participate in regular physical activity and exercise. If you need help getting started and sticking to a regular activity program, we can help!

All individual fitness sessions are offered virtually or in your home. 

Individual sessions or session packages can be purchased.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment and Plan

  • A fitness assessment is the best way for older adults to identify their fitness level in comparison to age-group norms and to track continued progress.
  • A comprehensive assessment of the key fitness components: muscle strength, power, endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, balance.
  • An individualized written summary of your assessment results including goals and a plan for achieving those goals.

Fitness Training Sessions

  • Individual in-person or virtual training sessions to help you stay on track and make progress towards your fitness goals.

Golf Fitness Assessment and Training Sessions

  • Individual in-person or virtual training sessions to help you improve your fitness and conditioning specific to playing golf.
  • Instructed by Dr. Brian Burns, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Golf Fitness Specialist.
